The Ginormity Menace Mill Base Unit is a simple, durable and robust malt mill for homebrewing. The design is optimised through modern manufacturing methods rather than relying on historical mill manufacturing methods.

The Menace Mill Modular Panel Hopper is a simple and effective hopper that locks directly into the grain feed slot of the mill base unit.  The unit is supplied as a flat pack of 4 panels that are assembled together in conjunction with fitment to the mill base unit.

The Menace Mill Crank Handle is a simple and robust cranking handle for manual hand milling, which bolts directly onto the roller drive shaft of the mill base unit.

-180mm cranking arm length
-Full-steel construction for durability.
-Rigid 4.0mm  thick steel arm for reduced flexing.
-D-Profile slot for positive engagement with the mill base unit roller drive shaft.
-Simple bolt-on attachment to mill base unit.

The Menace Mill Universal Mounting Plate is a simple adapter plate that engages with the locating feet of the mill base unit, and allows the mill to be screwed/ bolted to any suitable base.  It also serves as an interface to attach the mill base to the Shelf Mount Plate.

-Rigid 1.6mm thick steel plate construction.
-6 x 5mm diameter mounting holes.
-Two bend tabs to simply lock the plate to the mill.

The Menace Mill Hopper Extension is a simple and effective extension assembly that locks directly on top of the ‘Modular Panel Hopper”. The unit is supplied as a flat pack of 4 panels that are assembled together in conjunction with fitment to the main hopper.

-Doubles the total combined hopper capacity to 8L
-Rugged 0.8mm cold-rolled steel panels.
-Tab and slot assembly locking system.
-All panels are zinc electrogalvanise corrosion protected for extended life.

The Menace Mill Bucket Mount Plate is a single piece design into which the Menace Mill Base Unit can be directly attached.  Suitable for large as well as smaller buckets, with locating tabs for stability .

Features:
-Rigid 1.6mm thick steel plate construction.
-Fits buckets up to an inside lid diameter of 32cm, which is typical of 25L food grade buckets.
-Reduces the amount of dust from the milling operation by covering the bucket opening.
-Includes locating tabs which can be bent down at various positions to suite different size buckets.
-Includes two bend tabs to simply lock the plate to the mill.
-Zinc electrogalvanise corrosion protected for extended life.

The Menace Mill Shelf Mount Plate is a rigid bracket to allow mounting of the Menace Mill Base Unit to a suitable shelf or counter, with minimal flexing during operation.  It can be temporarily clamped using G-clamps, or permanently installed using bolts.  The Universal Mount Plate will be required to install the Menace Mill Base Unit to the Shelf Mount Plate. A funnel chute is available separately to direct the milled grain to a bucket or bag.

Features:
-Rigid 6.0mm thick steel plate construction, with minimal flexure during operation.
-Allows you to focus on milling rather than holding down a bucket or mill at the same time.
-Two 8mm diameter holes for secure bolting to a shelf or countertop.
-Note that a Universal Mount Plate will be required to install the Menace Mill Base Unit to the Shelf Mount Plate.
-Ready for- and can be used in conjunction with- the Shelf Mount Funnel, to direct the milled grain to a container in a controlled manner.

The Ginormity Menace Mill Shelf Mount Funnel is an add-on to the Shelf Mount Plate, available separately, to direct the milled grain to a bucket or bag in a controlled manner. It simply hooks  into place and no fasteners or complex assembly is required.

-0.8mm thick steel plate construction.
-Attaches to the Shelf Mount Plate with a simple hook-in action.
-Easier flow of milled grain into container and less dust.
-Zinc electrogalvanise corrosion protected for extended life.

The Menace Mill Direct Drive Adaptor, is an add-on to the Menace Mill Base Unit to drive it directly with a drill.

Features:
-10mm drive shaft diameter, suitable fore most drills.
-Attaches to the threaded drive shaft of the Menace Mill Base Unit.
-Zinc electrogalvanise corrosion protected for extended life
-The recommended input drive speed for the Menace Mill Base Unit is 200-500rpm
-Dimensions: 75mm x 19mm x 19mm

-Direct drive with an inappropriate device in excess of the recommended speeds, or with ‘torque jolt’, will void the warranty of the Direct Drive Adaptor as well as the Menace Mill Base Unit.
-An appropriate device should have adequate torque at an adequately low speed.
